Now Does this make any sense. Now based on his recent discussions, the report is that it is sure to be a woman. The Constitution and the idea of the most qualified candidate (regardless of race or gender) seems to be irrelevant. A definite double downing of stupidity. The highest court in the land, and we are looking to dumb it down AND add a dose of reverse racism.
